Mandatory Insurance Coverage for all Facility Rentals

The Town of Markham requires that all persons or companies renting Town facilities must have insurance coverage with the following attributes:

• Two million dollars of general public liability insurance
• Name the Corporation of the Town of Markham and the Box Grove Community Centre as an additional insured
• Include full participant coverage

• Contact your current residential or commercial insurance provider who may issue a certificate for the event or the Town of Markham has made an arrangement with PAL Insurance who will issue proper coverage for your event.
